Shipping Policy


All orders ship within one business day or sooner. If you need a shipment immediately, please call us at (800) 975-7089 to let us know. The earlier in the day we are aware of your hardware emergency, the sooner we can get your order in the hands of UPS for expedited delivery. Service options available at checkout include Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and UPS Ground.


We use the UPS to deliver our orders unless specified otherwise. If you require LTL freight, contact us at (800) 975-7089 for a quote. We are no longer offering ‘in person’ counter pickup.

Order Tracking

We will provide a UPS tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note that it may take time for the tracking to register in the UPS system.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping is displayed during checkout based on the product weight and shipping zip code. If you have a UPS account, we offer 3rd party shipping for no additional fee. To have shipping billed to your own UPS account, simply provide your UPS account number during checkout.

Back Orders

We hold extensive stock to reduce the likelihood of backorders. If any item goes on back order, we will contact you to determine if we should ship you the part of your order that is in stock or wait to ship the order complete.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Refunds & Returns are accepted with zero restocking fee within 30 days of purchase, as long as the hardware has not been installed or damaged. Goods must be in as-new condition, which will be determined by Lynn Cove after inspection. To initiate a return, please use our Return Request Form.

Please note that refunds are only available to customer accounts that purchased their hardware from Lynn Cove and have a Lynn Cove order number.
